What if I received the wrong size or colour?

Please check your order carefully, as mistakes can be made from your end while placing order, and clarify whether the mistake was by you or us.

If you have chosen the wrong size or colour you may apply for an exchange (remember that exchange conditions must be met), at which you will pay for the postage fee for both returning and receiving new items.

If the mistake was from our end, we’d gladly accept your return (once again. return conditions must be met) and we will cover the postage for both you returning the items and us sending you the correct items. 

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders are usually packaged and shipped out during working hours on Monday to Friday. Please allow 48 hours after you have placed your order for us to ship it out.

Am I able to track my parcel?

All orders come with a tracking number. A tracking number will be available upon request.

Are your leggings true to Australian standard?

All our leggings and items are in Australian size standard. They are true to size unless specified. But please ensure you refer to the size charts and confirm your size.

If you receive your products and it is not the right size, please complete an exchange form.
